Are you a local nonprofit making a difference in Sussex County? We invite you to apply for support through the German Christmas Market of NJ. Each year, proceeds from the market are distributed to organizations that strengthen our community. Complete the application below to be considered for our next round of charitable giving.
The German Christmas Market of NJ donates proceeds to local Sussex County charities, organziations, and nonprofits through a grant process. $177,000 was awarded to 64 distinct organizations from the proceeds of the 2025 Market, with over $930,000 donated since our founding in 2001.

For over two decades, the German Christmas Market of New Jersey has remained steadfast in its commitment to Sussex County. Our mission goes beyond the bratwurst and the carols; at our core, we are a fundraising machine for those who serve the most vulnerable among us.
The grant process is rigorous and transparent, ensuring that every dollar raised goes to organizations with proven track records of impact. From emergency services to local food pantries, we are proud to support dozens of distinct organizations each year. Your visit to the market is a direct investment in the health and happiness of our community.
